* Preparing for the New Year - fourth session

The period after Christmas and before the New Year is the ideal time for yoga - to cleanse and reinvigorate your body and mind. These sessions are designed to prepare you physically and mentally for the New Year and to help develop a feeling of quiet positivity.

The sessions are suitable for all students from beginners (with some Iyengar yoga experience) to intermediate level Iyengar yoga students.

This year we are running four online sessions and you are welcome to join us for all or selected sessions.

* Session 1 Sun 27 Dec, standing poses to feel grounded and secure with Marion Sinclair

* Session 2 Mon 28 Dec, backbends to feel positive and uplifted with Priscila Diniz

* Session 3 Tues 29 Dec, forward extensions for calmness and quiet with Sally Child

* Session 4 Weds 30 Dec, restful and restorative practice for the body and mind with Priscila Diniz
