This intermediate classes is both for experienced Iyengar yoga students and for less experienced students who are keen to progress with their yoga practice.
Sophie Carrington is a highly regarded senior Iyengar teacher. Her classes are challenging and will help you develop your understanding of poses and your level of practice.
You can choose to join the small studio class or join the class online. All classes, both studio and online, must be booked in advance.
You will receive information for your chosen class on the evening before the class is scheduled.
