Restorative
Iyengar Yoga emphasises the need to work hard but also the need to balance this with classes that help you deeply rest and restore the body and mind. Restorative classes use props to support the body in restful poses. You will be able to create all the props you need from things readily available at home - blankets (or towels), cushions, pillows etc.
You can either either book and pay for the class as a one off, or you can book using a pre-purchased members monthly pass.
You will receive information for your chosen class on the evening before the class is scheduled.
