Restful poses and Pranayama class

This class is suitable for students who have some experience of Iyengar Yoga.

Each class will include a few restorative (restful poses) and an introduction to Pranayama (yoga breathing) for a quiet and peaceful end to the weekend.

We recommend doing the course in our studio class but you can also join the class online. All classes, both studio and online, must be booked in advance.

You will receive information for your chosen class on the evening before the class is scheduled.
