This intermediate classes is for experienced Iyengar yoga students.

This weekly session with Glenys Shepherd focuses more deeply on a few related poses each week. Learn to tailor your practice in a bespoke way and enhance the therapeutic value of the classical pose.

The class is for intermediate level students with good stamina and is likely to be of particular interest to teachers. Classes will be small and interactive. Online students will need to have access to a good range of yoga props.
