Beginners week 2 - forward extensions
This class is suitable for students who are relatively new to Iyengar yoga and are building their confidence. If you have not attended classes at IYISL previously you will need to register with us first.
There are 4 classes each covering the fundamentals of a type of yoga pose. You can do the 4 classes over more than one month.
We recommend doing the course in our studio class but you can also join the class online. All classes, both studio and online, must be booked in advance by emailing info@iyisl.com.
You will receive information for your chosen class on the evening before the class is scheduled.
