Our intermediate classes are aimed at students with significant Iyengar yoga experience who are ready for a challenge.
Sophie Carrington is a highly regarded senior Iyengar teacher. Her classes are challenging and will help you develop your understanding of poses and your level of practice.
You can book and pay for your class below. There are a maximum of 8 places per class.
NOTE: We are currently running a few small classes in our peaceful yoga space with limited places. We are aiming to make this class also available as a live online option as soon as we are able to.
