This intermediate and general level class is both for experienced Iyengar yoga students and for less experienced students who are keen to progress with their yoga practice.
Sophie Carrington is a highly regarded senior Iyengar teacher. Her classes are challenging and will help you develop your understanding of poses and your level of practice.
