Restorative and Pranayama

Iyengar Yoga emphasises the need to work hard but also the need to balance this with classes that help you deeply rest and restore the body and mind. Restorative classes use props to support the body in restful poses. This class also incudes an introduction to Pranayama - yoga breathing practice.

You can book and pay for your class below. All classes, both studio and online, must be booked in advance.

You will receive information for your chosen class on the evening before the class is scheduled.

Tuesday 7am led self practice

This session is for more experienced students who are keen to start their own yoga practice at home which is the key to a deeper yoga practice. Early morning is the ideal quiet time for a self practice and this session will help you develop awareness in your poses.

The teacher won’t teach the class but will lead a self practice programme doing poses with the students.

Time: 7-8.30am
