This introductory course is for beginners to Iyengar yoga and aims to be both enjoyable and to help you learn how to get to grips with the basic yoga poses.
It includes four classes on Sunday mornings starting at 9.30am and is designed to give you a good grounding in the full range of poses we practise in yoga.
Classes are small and the course is run monthly and, if you can't make four weeks in a row, it is fine to catch up on classes the following month.
The course is with Marion Sinclair - an experienced yoga teacher who also manages IYISL.
We recommend the course is done in the studio but, if this is not possible, it is also available online.
