We are very pleased to welcome Barbara Abeles to IYISL for the first time. Barbara is a Level 3 lyengar Yoga teacher from Argentina. She has been practicing Yoga for 26 years and lyengar Yoga for 20 years. Since 2013 she has spent time every year studying with the lyengar family in Pune.

Barbara teaches regular online classes and workshops from Argentina. She has also taught workshops in Uruguay, USA, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain.

Her classes are active and dynamic. She is able to convey an understanding of the kind of yoga practice that creates an awareness of what we do and why we do it, at every moment.

There will be two sessions over the weekend:

  • Saturday 22 Mar, 2-5pm, General level, £35 members and £40 non-members

  • Sunday 23 Mar, 1-5pm, Intermediate level, £40 members and £45 non-members

  • To attend both sessions , Sat 22 and Sun 23, £65 members and £70-non-members
